I am happy to anounce that production of the Mini Optimist Dinghy is starting up again. In the coming weeks we are tooling up to produce new vacuum formed prototype boats. I have the opportunity to dedicate the time and effort to recreate this fun to sail and race 1/4 scale Optimist Dinghy (MiniOpti) a 2 channel radio-controlled sailboat. With the reintroduction of Vacuum formed production of 100 boats I am offering a special price for the initial run. With a 10% confirming order you will have the opportunity to purchase either a build kits at $395.95 without Radio control unit or batteries, or a fully ready to sail MiniOpti @595.95 with Radios Transmitter and receiver installed, batteries plus cradle.
Remember these boats are hand built and no two are put together exactly the same way. We welcome any feedback to make these Mini's as good as possible. Once we get the finished production injection molded boats produced anyone who buys our prototype boats will be eligible to trade up to the finished production series with a 50% credit from your original purchase price. No matter if you purchase the kit or the finished boat. Just return your purchase to us and we will send you the latest boat.
